- Samantha Downing
- My name means "listener" and that's what I try to do. I'm slowly learning that some times it's better to listen than to speak. This can be hard for me because I believe what I believe very strongly. But sometimes I learn more by listening quietly. I don't want to forget the things that I've learned, so I write them down - the things I learn about myself, about others, about ideas, about principles, about politics, and - certainly not least - about God and His Word. I welcome discussion from anyone, whether agreeing or disagreeing, as long as it is respectful. Much of what I have learned has come from discussions. Hey sam, don't hate yoru life. If not for it, you wouldn't have met me and then done all the tolkein stuff. Rememeber to come back so we can do that again. YOur life isn't bad, it made mine more fun, so it has to be good. You still have friends dear.
